Sparkling rosé, ice cream, and a great aperitivo—these are a few of our favorite things. And luckily, this summer, it looks like we’ll have a chance to combine them. Half rosé spritz, half frosé, Caffe Dante’s Sgroppino Spritz ought to be this summer’s It beverage. The cocktail is easy enough to make—and simply involves pouring your favorite variety of pink bubbly over a scoop of Aperol Sprtiz sorbet. The trick, however, is OddFellows Ice Cream Co.’s alcohol-infused flavor, which Dante now has in stock. But if you for some reason,= can’t make it over to the MacDougal Street bar, we’ve included the recipe bellow, in honor of National Rosé Day. Happy cocktail-making.
